What is BHIM APP ? How to download and Use

BHIM App is the full form of Bharat Money for Interface . This is developed by  National Payment Corporation of India. Using this app you can access all offers of  banks covered by all of the facilities under UPI.

UPI means Unified Payment Interface . With its help you through any Smart phone, transactions money between two banks is possible .

This can allow you to pay money from your bank account to different people online and offline, even without a credit card, or Net banking . without IFSC code, password, etc. without any hassles.

 

How to Use BHIM App ?  Step by Step Guide

Android User can install this app by searching in play store BHIM as shown in  screen shots below

The App and have your choice of language open to it. You can choose either English or Hindi.

This App you verify the phone number via SMS. Next click on the button, wait until the completion of the verification process.

Once the verification procedure to be completed, then you have to choose four characters of the code.

 

 

Once your pass code to be set, then this app you  will ask you about your bank i.e  your bank name. Then this app using  your mobile number will muster all of your important information in itself. Then select your primary bank account from which you would like to do all the transactions.

When you arrive at the aap home screen there are three options: Send, Pay, Scan / Pay . Transactions are only possible between verified phone numbers.

Similarly, you can use the App to fill up someone’s phone number and then can request money for them.

The third option is that you have to scan and pay. Just like  paytm you use.  You also can easily send money to anyone  by scanning QR code. Each account will have a unique QR Code which basically will be the mobile number of the account.
