SHINE Student Helpline in Exam a mobile app has been developed by NIC District Center Nagpur which serve as a helpline to Students of State board students of 10th and 12th . It is an initiative of Education Department and Collector office, Nagpur.
It provide helpline/assistance on exam related matters through mobile to students appearing in upcoming board exams.
It’s a generic app. It is being launched initially in Nagpur district. It is available on Google Play Store by searching SHINE in Exam
App is a available in both Marathi and English Language
Features
FAQ
The FAQs shall have static content for Xth students, XII students separately, it contains list of standard questions with answers.
Query
It having an interface for students to ask query. They can ask any specific question in category General/Exam/Covid. There shall be a team of experts from education department who shall also attend/reply to online submitted queries by students in a particular time line. This shall be attended by expert team from education department.

It is also having exam time table with download option

Guidelines
As board exam is likely to be conducted in extreme summer, there are guidelines on preventive summer care and precautions along with Covid care related guidelines.
