If you have not enrolled yourself as a elector then please enroll yourself by filling form no. 6 during this special summary Revision Programme of Photo Electoral Roll.

Important Dates

Draft Publication of electoral roll : 8 th October, 2015
Period for filing Claim and Objections: 8th October, 2015 to 7 th November, 2015
Special Campaign dates: 11th and 18th October, 2015(Both Sundays)
Final Publication of electoral roll: 16 th January 2016

Following Prescribed Forms need to be filled

Form 6 : Application for inclusion of name in electoral roll
Form 6 A: Application for inclusion of name in electoral roll by an overseas elector
Form 7 : Application for objection inclusion or seeking deletion of name in electoral roll.
Form 8 : Application for correction to particular entered in electoral roll.
Form 8 A : Application for transposition of entry in electoral roll.

Your application and objections in the prescribed forms will be accepted at all Voter’s Help Centers and Additional Voter’s Help Centers set up at Designated Polling Stations.
